The planet of Love, in the sign of the Virgin, takes a more receptive role. In Leo, Venus is bold, expressive, and takes charge. In Virgo, Venus is modest and full of that wholesome "goodness" :-)
Venus represents love, money, what we value in life, and our self-worth. In love, Venus in Virgo is all about the little things, small gestures that speak volumes. In finances, Virgo-Venus is sensible and somewhat of a worrier. Virgo also values good health, healthy habits, and is hygienic.

Earth signs are tactile signs. A simple touch might communicate what words can't. New relationships may become more intense, with added expectations. With Pluto involved, watch out for power play and/or obsessiveness. The opportunity for a transformation in love is possible now -- may it be in the deepening of bonds or in cutting ties.
- October 4 ~ Venus quincunx Jupiter. Indulgence in fun and the more pleasurable things in life. Be careful not to be too wasteful. Watch overspending or impulsive behavior ... unless, of course, that is the goal for the day :-)
- October 7 ~ Venus quincunx Chiron. Time for healing in love and finances. Face up to the realities and shortcomings in relationships and money matters. Is this really love? Is this relationship supportive or destructive? Is it a healthy balance of give and take? Need to rework the budget? Give up some fun stuff to make financial goals?
- October 9 ~ Venus oppose Uranus and quincunx Neptune. Anything can happen and it probably will. Worth a mention ~ on this day, Mercury Re-enters Libra.
- October 13 ~ Venus conjunct Saturn and sextile Mars. Heaviness. Pressure. Two steps forward, one step back. Feeling a little like every effort is blocked or whatever direction taken leads to a dead end. Saturn represents our realities and the restrictions imposed upon us. This time is better spent using Virgo's talent for meticulous planning and analytical diligence. Take what Saturn is presenting and pick it apart to find a way to best deal with it. Well-planned actions/decisions are what will produce intended results.
