Refund Policy
Payment is collected via Google Checkout or PayPal. I stand by the quality of services rendered and my intent to be of help to those who seek it. However, if a client is unhappy with the service provided and find the information of no use, the client may request a refund by completing the "Contact Form" - Click here. A detailed explanation is required; the explanation will help me gain better understanding and will help with improving the service provided.

A refund may also be given if:

• The appointment is cancelled by the seller.
• Appointment cancellation was mutually agreed upon the buyer and seller.

Prepaid appointment dates may be rescheduled or postponed for a later date in lieu of a cancellation or refund request.

In the event that a refund is given to a buyer, the refunded amount will be less any fees imposed by Google Checkout or Paypal.
